GAME 3 NBA FINALS: Boston Celtics (2-0) vs. Dallas Mavericks (0-2)

I said exactly this in the trade thread too. These finals games could be very different with someone like Coby White coming off the bench to spell Luka and Kyrie. Also need a replacement for Kleber at PF.

I'm at a loss for words of what I'm seeing offensively.

Wrong guy to try the foul baiting stuff. Horford has seen it all. Isn't falling for ball fakes.

Luka with a bad stretch continuing to the second quarter. Let’s go Luka. No mental lapses.

Well this is going to suck. He was fouled but it will be Celtics ball.

Mavs keep trying to play the whistle. Over and over.

Have realize that even if it is a foul the refs will not give you anything. Ever.

Just fucking play basketball

If only holiday didn't literally punch Luka's entire arm...

Mavs started the game getting great looks.

Celtics taking that away now and the Mavs offense is sticking. Not a lot of ball movement

Man, Kyrie is wasting opportunities. All that hustle by Lively resulted in nada because Kyrie missed his shot. Then he stripped and ball goes out of bounds.

Luka needs to snap out of it. He started strong and is now playing some of his worst basketball. Arguing. Foul baiting. Falling to the floor unnecessarily taking himself out of the defense. This ain’t the regular season.

That's on Kidd.
He has no strategy on O, just free loading on what Luka and Kyrie does.

What happened to posting PJ when he has a smaller guy on him? Run a play to get THJ an open 3 off of screens. Some misdirect. So predictable.

Still an issue. Luka ends up with the same switch every single time. Gets into midrange/floater range and tries to draw a foul instead of trying to score/create.

Would have already been a big lead with Porzingis instead of Tillman. Mavs caught a break, they need to take advantage!

I’ve got no words for these substitutions. Up 13 and we pull everyone

Mavs need to wake the hell up. They can win this, but they aren't doing anything well at the moment.

Man Luka has to wake up on defense. He is carrying a heavy load but he needs to be better.
