He literally couldn't score, nor had any pet moves to allow him to score. I fear he will literally rely on Luka to feed him everything much like Powell. Sure his rim protection was solid, above average even, but his foul rate was at a pace that he'd foul out every game if he played enough minutes.
He's a dimensionless player that is 1-2 years away from being 1-2 years away. I don't think that is worth a 10th pick.
We´ll get Vukcevic in the 2nd round and he´ll turn into Jokic.

Whitmore to Houston. They're putting together a squad.

Of course Cam goes to Houston. He will rot in that toxic culture. Dude deserved more.
Based on his bad workouts and interviews, he´ll fit right in.

I hope your Jarrett Allen idea happens more than that.

Oh, so he's like DeAndre Ayton, only much cheaper. Gotcha.

I mean objectively moving down from 10-->12 and getting off Bertans essentially for free was a fantastic move.
I just disagree with the player they chose. I'm in the minority it seems.

My buddy just texted me "he trash" to our pick. The good news is that he hated the Luka pick. The again he loved the Bruson pick.

Houston selected him.
Bad fit for him IMO

Lol
Ayton was a starter every game in college. Averaged 20/10 on fantastic shooting. They aren't even in the same leagues and we'll see that soon enough.
I hope the Mavs get Ayton to bail them out of this.

I really want Sensabaugh. Ranked him 10th. Gives me serious Lillard scoring vibes from the SG/SF position.

It's times like these when I miss the embedding.
Picture the Michael Scott screaming "noooooooooo" gif here, or maybe even something fresher. I would've looked hard.

So what could we trade the TPE for tonight or is it time to call it a night?

He was the #1 rated high school player coming to Duke. He sure as Hell didn’t get Coach K, and he struggled. He was an awkward fit with another Duke front court player. He played better towards the end of the season. He did great in predraft workouts — I think he hit like 15 NBA threes in a row, so he has some untapped potential. He has extremely high character. He’ll be fine. Don’t worry. It’s a solid pick.
