Game 11: Dallas Mavericks (5-5) vs. Golden State Warriors (8-2) | 9:00pm CST

The ball shouldn't be with him in the first place.
You know he'd take too much clock bringing the ball up.

This year's roster is missing something. I can't unequivocally say it's better than last year's roster even though on paper it appears to be.

I've been defending Kidd because of his success 2 of the last 3 seasons, but maybe the team wins in spite of him. He really seems like a terrible coach.

Last years roster started 8-3, albeit against some easy teams. 6 teams were not playoff teams at all.

5-6 is unacceptable with any Luka/Kyrie roster. I think the roster is better, but even if it's not, we should be above .500.

I have to say I really love Nolan Traore from France, but I´m not sure whether he´ll be there at #10. Reminds me of a French Kyrie. Essengue and Riley look very good in that range, too. SF/PF also a position of need for us. Riley is shooting 72% from three in the first two games, but I think he has a good looking all around game.

I'm giving Kidd some leeway, but I'm starting to go back where I was with Kidd.
A bad to mediocre coach who gets to win by virtue of his stars.

Give this lineup to a decent coach.

Kyrie should get the ball at the end of every quarter. Everyone in the world knows what Luka is going to do and he's not even making it this year. At least Kyrie is unpredictable and will make the right basketball play. Luka is 100% hero ball at the end of quarters.

One bright side is that this stretch could force Kidd to finally start Lively.

Mavs should have gotten Budenholzer or Atkinson.

Coaching and Luka. That’s what is missing. Luka with a PER of 22 and true shooting of 53% is below all star level. He should be at a PER of 27 with at least 60% true shooting. And of course Kidd has always been a bad coach whose flaws are covered up by a talented roster.

Warriors have the highest scoring bench in the league at almost 60 ppg. They play 11-12 players.

Irving is so bad. Guy doesn’t play a lick of defense, cannot facilitate. Trade him

I wonder how Popovich would handle Luka.

DNP - out of shape
