You may be onto something here. I've always thought that PJ does a lot of little things but this year is showing me he also does a LOT of bigger things too. Hopefully he can continue his crazy heater.

Poor decision by Gortman. Can´t gift any points, when you are that short-handed. That ball should have gone up with less than a second left. Otherwise fantastic quarter. Washington needs more touches period. He should get the 3rd most shots.

Gortman definitely had his worst time on the court so far. Couldn't get anything going. Might be too much to ask of him though  to come in and look competent.

You remember that episode of How I Met Your Mother, where the ghost of bad luck got passed around. Josh Green must have passed on the ghost of hesitancy to Maxi, when he left. I´d pull him every time he refuses an open shot. It´s so annoying and counterproductive.

Mavs created a 4 point lead off of pure grit and hustle. Incredible performances by PJ and Gafford thus far. Maxi too. Need a lot more from our guards, especially Hardy who is somehow looking more hesitant than usual. Grimes has been hit or miss.

Dinwiddie ball has the highest highs and lowest lows. Sometimes he hits 4 straight 3s and diming people on the dot. Other times he's doing inane fadeaways that airball and can't make a layup.

Lets hope we get more good Dinwiddie than bad in the 2nd half.
