Seems like Kidd´s strategies work for about a year, then the rest of the league has figured them out, just like with the Bucks. Just like with the Bucks the stars liked Kidd. He connects with them, but for winning the Mavs should have put great assistants like Stotts around him, cause I think the assistant coaches are a sh*tshow, too. Probably Cuban being cheap again. Seems pretty obvious that if you think, you need Kidd to keep Luka/Kyrie in check, then you hire the experienced assistants for the X´s and O´s. Otherwise should have gotten Nick Nurse or now get Budenholzer.
