I think you're spot on re: starters.  About a championship team, I think it totally depends on the other 4 players in the other 7 in an 8-man rotation (what counts in the run to championship).  IMO, the first center I'd question is Capella at #22.  Could you put 7 men around him that'd be a championship team?  I'm hard pressed to put him on the final 4 teams.  Denver?  No.  Lakers?  No.  Heat?  No.  Celtics?  Maybe.
