Not really, as he is too expensive for what he brings. They get guys (almost) like that for min salary, they don't pay them 9 mil per.

Because he is limited offensively, indecisive and not good off the ball. Not consistent, useful in specific situations only. Stats on a tanking team have no value for me or Powell is a superstar based on his tanking stats.

Would happen if they would really want out of Dieng contract. Since they are losing hope for playoffs, I am not sure they would be.

Theoretically, Smith has a high ceiling, Wright is what he is. Personally, I  would never bring Smith, but hey, they might see something I don't. And Smith would not cost RoCo to get. I have no idea why they have problems with Teague. He is overpaid, but at least Wright level.
