I wonder where he is going to be traded as soon as he becomes eligible. LOL. This is so blatantly obvious, but also a lesson in asset protection management.
They worked out a deal with Bamba that is beneficial for both sides. Trading him on the QO would have been a b*tch. At the end of the day, the Magic will probably only get a 2nd round pick and maybe another fallen angel prospect, but these kind of things accumulate over time.
