Nice write-up. This, for sure, was one for the ages. I did not know what to expect (I guess we never do with our boys) but I am sure this was not it haha.
Amazing game, great defense, putting the game away in 3 quarters... what more can you ask. I think it's a shame Luka could not go for a personal record in points but we'll take the 12 extra minutes of rest. He's obviously battling through injury and still manages to play like this... wow.
I liked our game-plan to double Curry. I guess our coaches played attention to how other teams try to neutralize Luka.
Of course, the Dubs played very poorly but such a blowout can not just be attributed to this. The Mavs did a lot of things right and should be very proud. As long as we stay in 6th place and can get players some reasonable rest, I am happy.
But in this roller-coaster season, I am not even sure we will put away the Pistons in the next one lol.
It continues to be interesting.
