The million dollar question for Minny, before thinking about Collins, is if owner is prepared to pay tax for a team that might perhaps be good enough to make the playoffs. As they are right now, they have 128 mil of committed salaries for next season for 10 players. That is before the 2021 pick, which might end up with them anyway and bring in some 10 mil of additional salary. I am sure Rosas would love to have a 150 mil cap team to perhaps make the playoffs, but not so sure owners are willing to play along
