If POR loves Sharpe with his 90M owed, then of course this isn't a deal for them. But if not, Sharpe owed 90M is the worst contract here. The combo of Jovic (62) and Martin (20) saves them money. It also gives them 2 shots at ending up with someone useful (or smaller contracts to offload later, with both being smaller than MLE which is helpful when looking for a taker).
Then again, Sharpe isn't all that interesting to me anyhow. I think he would be a poor use of 90m. BUT if he's headed this way for some reason, I certainly want Mavs issues handled as a prerequisite for the deal.
