The trade that makes sense with POR is Naji for Scoot. Naji isn’t a fit here. Scoot is behind ~4 other guards, extension eligible, and an agent that wants him out of there? This saves the cheap owner $4.2M this year and they can flip Naji’s expiring contract again at the TDL for another pick.
