Jason Kidd OUT! Who will be the Mavs' next HC?

Kidd wasn't going to be around for the long term and it makes since to get a fresh start all the way around and just because of Cooper's comments, I see no issue with Cooper about the move.  Kyrie was the team leader last year, Kidd never really seemed to be the leader, though, just because the players play hard doesn't always have anything to do with the coach, it seems most of the Mavs play hard on their own.  I sure hope they hire someone who can draw up at least one and hopefully several inbound plays for late in the game and maybe even not always force the ball to the superstar for the last shot when double or tripled team.  I don't like coaches to yell and scream all the time, but Kidd whispering to the refs all game and adding no spark to the team, just seemed to wrong.

Now  that they have gotten rid of the brain trust, lets hope they will start to make decisions based on basketball skills, fits and be able to deal with the salary cap issues. This really opens up the moves that can be made and I expect a lot of movements, with several of the rotation moving and just because everyone says they need a PG in the draft, now they can also look into trading for one and adding a better fit at say the PF position and moving PJW.

How long for Flagg to be in his prime and how long will he be there?
How soon for Mavs to be back in the top 12 teams in the league and do they make moves to deal with OKC and the Spurs going forward or just go for moving up each year?  

I just hope they get a new coach who knows x's and o's and no how to teach them and brings in a staff  that brings energy and the ability to actually help the team to develop.  It is going to be a very interesting year to follow the Mavs and trying to out guess the up coming moves is just WAG at it's finest.
