PJ is still going to be playing out of position next year. What happens when he has a terrible start to the season and they can't get anything at the trade deadline? The Mavs should not allow themselves to be stuck holding that 4 year deal. Outside of the draft pick, I think trading PJ is the most critical part of the offseason. They stand to lose a lot more if he plays poorly than they would gain if he plays well.
