I'd trade Gafford for a 2026 1st.

I'd trade Gafford for Risacher. (ugh maybe)

I'm 50/50 if I'd trade Gafford for Jaden Ivey or RJ Barrett. Leaning no.

I wouldn't trade Gafford for Quickley.

I think we're all on the same page on Gafford. I just don't see an urgency to trade him at his lowest value. Now that's a much tougher conversation with PJ Washington. At least Gafford has a clear path to contribute big minutes to the team next year. PJ might be holding people back.
