Stein with more reporting about this bid...sorry, maybe I'm dumb, but I think this is basically stating (in careful reporter speak) that the idea is coming from outsiders wanting to buy, and NOT from the Adelsons wanting to sell. Doesn't mean it won't happen, of course.

I haven't listened yet, but if you're Dumont, you just state publically that you're not selling the team. Until I hear that from one party, I have to assume that there is a negotiation ongoing.
