Plus, you have to think Cuban is concerned about his legacy and maybe ashamed of what happened. And you bring up a good point about letting all this linger in the face of hiring a new GM. On the other hand, the new GM may not be a pressing concern with Riccardi and Finley steering the boat temporarily.
I wonder if leaking this will force the pace of negotiations to be a little faster.
