Cuban has been a bad owner pretty much the second after they won the championship. But nothing he did gets close to the organizational malpractice Dumont has allowed to happen under his reign. The idea that he got suckered into the trade by Nico without there being any type of internal discussion with opposing voices was and is insane.

Marc Stein was on the DLLS pod a while ago, when he was asked jokingly if he would have tried to leak the trade talks in order to sabotage the deal he answered „abso-fricking-lutely“. But they just pulled this dumbass move off and kept everyone in the dark until it was too late.

For Dumont to agree to that that tells you all you need to know about how insanely out of touch and naive that guy is.

Cuban was never a good owner.
