The bottom line reality is that no one will trade for Hartenstein making 28.5M, and OKC will decline the TO. They might have to do the same on Dort's TO as well (18.2) and Kenrich Williams (7.2M), because their upcoming payroll is just impossible. If you like him, Dort may be gettable with the TPE and a 2nd.
