Ok 1%. But the Mavs would be incredibly stupid to spend a single nickel more than needed until they find a second young all star. Cisse is a much better option for where the Mavs stand now. As for Bagley, to break out of the minimum player trap, he needs to take his prove it deal on a team with fewer front court players in the mix. Bagley and Mavs are not a fit in any way.
