I am not so sure. Would Memphis really take Kuzma and Portis for Morant? Milwaukee could sweeten the deal with just one FRP (and it wouldn't be really wise for them to do that). Of course I don't know what Miami is offering. Something like Rozier, Fontecchio and Mitchel?

I think A) MIL still thinks they can find a way to hold onto Giannis. Still. B) The main reason the team isn't good is the lack of a PG. C) They are desperate enough to connect the dots between A and B and convince themselves Morant is the answer. D) MEM just wants rid of Morant, at this point. This is key, because I believe they'll accept the best "firm" offer they get today. Riley might have interest, but he'll try to nickel and dime it, as always.
