If there is a third team home for Ball, I think there would be a way to send D'Lo to Cleveland first to create some room for Dallas under Apron-2 and then Irving for Garland in a separate deal that avoids aggregation for Cleveland.
With his injury, I can't see the Cavs trading for Kyrie. Also, with all the mavs actions I don't think the Mavs would consider moving him at this time.
Although, this brings up the real possibility next year at this time that a healthy Kyrie starts pushing for an extension. If that answer is not yet for the Mavs, we may be in the same situation as the Clippers are in now with Harden.
