If you are veteran team ready to win now, you trade future picks for role players.
If you are a rebuilding team with only one dude, you dont trade future picks for role players.
Is he a role player? He is only 23 and has made a huge jump this season. I'm not sure why the Bucks would want to trade him away for a (probably) crappy first?
