I think Stein reported it.  Are you suggesting you think they are going to hire a GM in the next month?  Even without the reporting, I think it is highly unlikely they hire one now if they have not already.

EDIT: looks like it was Christian Clark of The Athletic, not Stein.  Regardless, I have lost hope they are going to do anything about the GM position until end of season.
