And your price could be satisfied in 2032 by a top-__ (19?) protected DAL 1st, that becomes a DAL 2nd in the same year if protection kicks in. Possible in 2032. Other protection variations possible, of course. Forces DAL to keep both their picks intact that year, no matter what (although they could later sell off what-if slices of the protected portion, if just the right deal came along).
