I'm not sure how different teams will penalize some players for their size. Kyrie is 6'2" so at some point the player's overall skill simply overpowers other handicaps.
Measurement will be important for him. I watched some highlights and thought he was 6'3 to 6'4ish. He has a beautiful shot but looks to lack that top end quickness.
i read someone said he measured at 5'11 at an international competition in 24/25. Then someone said he grew and is now 6'2. I also read he is about the same age as Brown Jr despite being a soph.
If he is 6'2 or lower in shoes I think it is going to hurt him in the draft evaluation.
