To Dan's point, I did find it comical all the talk about the Hawks injury report last night. Like Dan, I think there's no way a team makes a trade RIGHT NOW, this week, or next week. It will most likely be the day of Thursday, February 5th. Which maximizes the timeline we laid out above.

I think the only way a trade happens now is if we're adding more to the deal than Davis.  I don't think they would give up OO right now, but any of the other rumored pieces are in play. And remember they just did a 2 for 1 deal where they received McCollum and Kispert for Trae. They have an extra piece already. 

I can see a scenario where the major pieces are Naji /AD for Risacher /KP / Kennard. Hopefully a pick in there somewhere. 

That deal could happen now and Atlanta doesn't lose on court production.  Naji slides into the Risacher role.  KP doesnt play anyway. Kennard is not a loss. Maybe we could convince them to take Hardy to replace some Kennard minutes.   But they have Kispert for that.
