I don't know about that. Flemings will be gone, and if Mullins and M. Brown are still there, I'm not so sure you can pass on Mullins for Brown (assuming both are where they are currently slotted). Brown is a good PG, but really struggling with perimeter shooting now - which is the very thing Mullins is great at.
You need another PG somewhere in a trade, but Kyrie and Mullins looks pretty decent as the guards assuming Mullins can play both ways. Brown's stock is going down a bit while Mullin's is rising, but there's a lot of season left. A lot could change.
