Isn't the KD trade package the floor for AD? gamble on former high pick, lottery pick and solid veteran?
KD has been more healthy but is also 5 years older and has had the more serious injuries. I don't think I would accept anything lower than that type of package. AD will need to be healthy and have a run of good play, but that would be my floor.
Also, if you are are getting picks back, might be better to move him to the west. As we know a poor timed injury can derail a season pretty quickly in the west
