Keep it simple...KP/Risacher for AD/Powell. Gets us under the first apron. Keeps Atlanta $800k under it.
Yes, he's a former number one, but Risacher is just a good piece. He's not an alpha creator, but he looks like a really good play finisher who fits the modern NBA well. Flagg, Risacher, Lively and Christie make up the beginnings of a good young core. Tank and draft an elite guard and this could be fun again.
I really don't think AD has this kind of value. At this point I would be happy getting Coby White and salary filler.
