Nico was the GM when they decided not to offer Brunson an extension and when they made the trade for Wood.  It sounds like it was very murky who was actually calling the shots, but not surprising Nico puts everything bad on Cuban when trying to take over organization power.

I'd still argue the damage to Brunson had been done before Nico had his chance to screw it up himself.
