I hope the NBA decision-makers share your view of Hardy. It would be great to get some good value for him (in particular, swap him for an expiring contract and a pick).
I gave up quite a ways back on JH becoming valuable to the Mavs, and I've been hoping somehow he would at least show enough to be moved at no cost. His flaws, that you call silly decisions, are things that I don't see as minor because they are so persistent, and because they never seem to go away. But if someone else sees value in him, that would be GREAT.
