FWIW, AD has not done much to ingratiate himself to the DAL fans. I know the injuries are the public cause, but the lack of conditioning in the offseason is extremely disappointing given the Luka criticism.

Interesting, I actually feel differently. I think his comments after being traded here seemed genuinely insightful and were very positive considering that he never asked to be traded here.

His detached retina injury/surgery prevented him from being able to work out (you're not allowed to do anything physical, like at all, while it heals, or at least that's my understanding). So I can give him a pass for his current shape.

That being said, I do think it's best for both the team and him if he's traded, but overall I think he's handled himself really well here so far, especially considering the difficult circumstances that brought him here.
