Agree that its the correct decision to fire him. I just predict that the morale of the players will get a lot worse from now. This just sets further cementation in the doubt of this roster construction and will disturb the morale and chemistry. I see nothing positive about it. ANd yet, there is nothing better to do than to fire Nico. If the player performance has been bad, i think it will get a lot worse. There was still some hope around that Nico knew what he was doing. But no, not after this. And it will end in massive trade out of the current roster by the season end.
