For me, and I know this isn't the most popular thing to say, but...IF moving AD out is the direction they're going to choose, I think it's pretty silly to keep Kyrie. 

You're either trying to win or you're not, and if you're not, then get busy trying to find the NEXT PG.

I'm with you.  If AD is going then Kyrie and Klay should go as well.  The problem will be finding a reasonable return for Kyrie without seeing him play after the surgery.
