A fresh start for Mavs fans would be trading AD, Klay and Martin. They are reminders of Nico's mistakes. (Christie gets a pass as he has endeared himself to Mavs fans).
Kidd needs to be fired, he is a mediocre coach at best -- but I don't expect him to be fired right away (season's end would be the time).
