I guess best way would be to hire independent consulting company to conduct the GM search process and come back with best name. Basically what Cubes was claiming he will do after firing Donnie, but than just hired Nico and Kidd. However, all of this costs a lot. And I come back to my basic question - is Dumont really prepared to pay big for all this changes. I am affraid the answer is no.
He's going to pay one way or the other. It will either be to shake things up and attempt to hire competent management. Or he can pay in reputational damage, loss of fan interest, and luxury tax payments for a non-contender.
