This is what I am thinking about too. Lets assume Dumont does care about the team, although it is far from given. Even if he does, he is obviously not a basketball guy. So who does he lean to for advice on who to hire. Guys in the organization are likely all Nico guys and are unfortunately part of this mess. 

I guess best way would be to hire independent consulting company to conduct the GM search process and come back with best name. Basically what Cubes was claiming he will do after firing Donnie, but than just hired Nico and Kidd. However, all of this costs a lot. And I come back to my basic question - is Dumont really prepared to pay big for all this changes. I am affraid the answer is no.
