In other words he likes old players. That´s probably why Cuban hired him. They share the same a** backwards idea of what a winning time looks like. I blamed it on Carlisle many years, but it was probably mostly Cuban´s directive.

I don´t know, if Morey would have been dumb enough to do PG13 + 3rd pick for Davis, but probably. Could have changed the whole trajectory of the franchise. Now they´ll have to get really lucky to nail that lottery pick in a few months or they are completely screwed.

You're talking about a GM who straight up gave a generational talent for an older AD , Max Christie and a distant 1.  He even got talked out of Austin Reaves by Pelinka who convinced him that he was doing him a favor by taking Luka off his hands.

Nico will get fleeced in every discussion.  Forget any Presti level stuff. I'm just hoping he doesn't do further harm to this franchise.  I can't support any other team. I won't support any other team, but it is really hard hoping for a bright future for this team when one of the dumbest GMs is running your franchise and ownership is either happy with him or really doesn't care.
