To a certain extent, yes.
But, they won't. Most teams that win have to play in the way I'm envisioning, at least to an extent. Ironically, this past OKC Thunder team was the farthest away from it we've seen in quite a while. It's a shame Indiana couldn't beat them, imo. That would have been a victory for GOOD basketball.
