Yes, if BKN wants to spend the money, they certainly have opportunity to sell all their space and more, to go over the cap.
However, we're not sure where BKN is even headed.
Are they only going to spend the minimum, and save some money? If so, how far under the minimum will they be? Or are they going to "bank" some cap room for use at the TDL when a team is more desperate to slip under or stay under some cap-related spending limit? Or are they considering the OKC model, where they prioritize veteran player(s) who they take for a pick, and then hope to later sell for a pick when someone needs him?
In some of those, do they maybe need to resolve the CT situation (which WILL get resolved by Oct 1) before selling what cap room they have left?
It would be a bit humorous if BKN just waited, and left much of the league stuck on whether to move on or to keep waiting too.
