I am thinking with Kyrie out for a long time , if not the whole season, there will be no choice but to ask Cooper to play more of the creator role. So I don’t think the Mavs have a choice. D’Angelo is more of a shot creator for himself.  Brandon Williams , who knows. Exum is not a facilitator either.  Neither is Klay Am Inmissing anyone?

You're not missing anyone, but...I think you're going to be surprised by Russell's play if you think he can create for himself more than others. I'm almost convinced the opposite is true. It's just that he hasn't been put into that position for a while. I think he's better at it than Kyrie, even. That's not me predicting he'll have a great season, necessarily, but I do think this is the right time, place and role to take a chance on him with.
