If there's one thing we know about Harrison, it's this:

If/when he offers you and extension and you turn it down, get ready to be traded. I don't know if that's a good or bad thing regarding PJW, but my guess is that he won't be here (without an extension) long enough for his value to drop too much.

Better to trade him now then.  Like Gafford to a lesser extent, but I'd expect their offensive production to slump while playing without Luka/Kyrie or another quality facilitator and that's going to last beyond the TDL.  Another reason why we should move heaven and earth to get CP3.
