My fear is Kidd prefers guys who know their role.  It would be nice to have someone who has experience running a team to give a different viewpoint.

If this is true then Kidd needs to be fired.
Kidd is mid.
A weak point.
I love Kyrie but, if his stay in Dallas depends on Kidd, then he can go. Same goes for AD.
Mavs would be Flagg's team in time.

Note:
It's a good thing the Mavs aren't winning next season so I wouldn't mind Kidd at the helm for another year.
But once Flagg is ready, I wouldn't want Flagg's prime years under a coach who's a mid-tier at best.
