I've been a big fan of Jrue's game, but I'd be hesitant at this point. He took a step back last season, pretty much across the board. Admittedly I didn't watch enough Celtics' games to know if that a scheme issue or his personal performance. Either way, you're committing $35 million a year on the hopes that it was just an aberration and he's going to come back strong at age 35. If you're wrong, and he's really on his way to being a less effective player, then you've put yourself in a really bad position.
