Sure, but not if they have 0/2 requisite starting level guards. To me, those problems aren't even in the same ball park as one another. It's nowhere near a calculated risk to go with the guards they currently have on the roster. 

Are you guys WATCHING the finals? The two teams left standing have quick, fast ball-handling from guys who can pull up and stick it from anywhere on the court. The Mavs have EVERYTHING else covered, but a team cannot win without that ingredient. Not in 2026, at least.
