Hardy isn’t an NBA level player. These comparisons go too far the other way.

Completely disagree.  A 3pt% of 38.6 with over 3 attempts in only 15 minutes is great for a 3rd year player.  Scoring and shooting have not been his problems; it's his missing defensive assignments, etc.  If given Sexton's level of minutes, I think you'd see a very similar player.  Compare him to Sexton's 3rd year and you'll see this.

If given the same opportunity as Sexton and Simons, you'll see similar results.  It's just that Kidd has chosen not to "let him loose".
