Roster needs balancing for sure. I'm been a big believer in Hardy, but he's so inconsistent. I think he has a role in the NBA and possibly as like a 14-16 ppg scorer off the bench.  But starting to lose faith that's with the Mavs. 

I see a Gafford or P.J. swap for a guy KINDA like Sexton or Simons as sort of balancing things. Still not sure those are the types we need to balance though.

Balance?  Yes.  But using either PJ or Gaff for a Sexton-type just seems foolish.

IMO, the number one criteria for any guard in is defense.  My wet dream is Dyson Daniels, but he's prob out of reach.  Someone in that mode is exactly what we need, especially when Kyrie returns.
