If you compare Hardy's first 3 years with Simons first three years they look eerily similar. Hardy actually put up better numbers with less minutes. But of course on a much better team.
Simons had an explosion in year 4 with more minutes and jumped 10 points per game on average. And he's been a steady 20 point scorer for the last 3 years with decent 3point% and assist numbers. If we wanted Simons, maybe we just hold on to Hardy and give him more minutes.
With that said, you don't give up P.J. for Simons. Especially not packaged with Gafford.
