Question...hasn't he already been super involved? Don't know which is worse...this or super hands off supposedely like Dumont? I guess Dumont's role would be perfect if you had trust in your front office. You always know new owner syndrome though. They are extemely wealthy and those guys think they have all the answers.
It is a vicious self destructive cycle.
You get involved, but not totally.
Then, you lose. I
nstead of realizing it is the involvement that caused the problem, you think it is because you weren't involved enough, you lose more, you think again it was because you didn't have enough control. And so on.
